The forum aims to establish a link between democratic political leaders in Latin America and emerging young political leaders working for democracy in the region.

Cuba Decide is a non-partisan, inclusive, citizens’ initiative that promotes a binding plebiscite on the island so that Cubans can determine their social and political system.
