Miami, Dec. 15, 2016 – Enjoy a delicious four-course dinner and optional champagne toast at the award-winning Tuyo restaurant, the crown-jewel of Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed Miami Culinary Institute (MCI). Located on MCI’s rooftop, Tuyo offers one of South Florida’s most elegant dining experiences, first-class service and an unparalleled panoramic view of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay.

The first seating, available from 5:30 – 7 p.m., is $125 per person. The second seating, from 9 – 10 p.m., includes a champagne toast with party favors at midnight for $175 per person. Wine pairing is available for an additional $65. Tax and gratuity are not included.
