Miami, May 6, 2024 – Register now for Miami Dade College’s (MDC) 2024 fall term, which begins Monday, August 26, with an extensive selection of programs and courses that can be completed during the regular 16-week term, as well as 14, 12 and 8-week miniterms with flexible class options, financial assistance and more!
Take advantage of significant financial aid and scholarships available, including the new Future Ready Miami-Dade Scholarship, which provides Miami-Dade County residents the opportunity to obtain an associate degree at MDC at zero cost. In addition, the deadline to apply for Presidential Scholars Program, Rising Scholars Program and Fast Track Sharks Program, three scholarships for first year college students, has been extended to May 15. Students pursuing degrees in hospitality and culinary can also apply for scholarships sponsored by Diageo by July 31, 2024. The fall term will usher in new programs, including Florida’s first Bachelor of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI), which will prepare students for immediate entry into the workforce as AI Analysts, Natural Language Processing Specialists, Computer Vision Analysts, Machine Learning Specialists and AI Programmers.
