The Miami Dade College District Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. It will be held at the Wolfson Campus located at 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida in the James K. Batten Community Room (Room 2106).
At the meeting, the Board of Trustees will discuss litigation strategy in reference to Solicitation USP3-2015-20-10 for a public/private partnership for the development of a mixed-use project at 520 Biscayne Boulevard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made at this meeting, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.
