Public Notice – Notice of Litigation Shade Meeting – District Board of Trustees – Miami Dade College

Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and at the request of legal counsel, a litigation shade meeting attorney client session will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 8:00 a.m, at the Wolfson Campus located at 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida in Room 1479, to discuss matters relating to settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures in case: Notice of Bid Protest (Intent) Pursuant to Florida Statutes 120.57 and Miami Dade College Procedure 6010 Relating to the Supplemental Information Package for a Public/Private Partnership for the Development of a Mixed Use Project at 520 Biscayne Boulevard (USP3 #2015-20-10) (the “SIP”) filed by Nader + Museu I, LLLP.  The following listed persons will be entitled to attend this session:

The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter.  The reporter shall record the times of commencement and termination of the session, all discussion and proceedings, the names of all persons present at any time, and the names of all persons speaking.  No portion of the session shall be off the record.  The court reporter’s notes shall be fully transcribed and filed with the entity’s clerk within a reasonable time after the meeting.  The transcript shall be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation.
