Miami Dade College to Host Induction Ceremonies for Student Government Association Leaders

Miami, July 6, 2017- Miami Dade College (MDC) will host induction ceremonies at its campuses for the new officers of the Student Government Association (SGA) during the month of July. 

The SGA is the voice of the student body and serves as the student governing body responsible for representing students’ interests and addressing students’ needs with the campus leadership. Members of SGA acquire leadership, organizational and communication skills through participation in various workshops and training sessions throughout the year. This student organization represents the student body in campus, college and statewide meetings.
