Miami Dade College Celebrates National Library Week 2023

Miami, April 10, 2023 – Miami Dade College (MDC) will once again celebrate the hard work and dedication of librarians everywhere during National Library Week, sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) April 24 – April 28. MDC will host various activities at all MDC campuses to honor its librarians.

Under the theme “There is More to the Story,” this year’s National Library Week showcases the library’s multi-faceted function, not just as a hub of stories in various formats but also as a place that brings communities and visitors together to learn, study, attend lectures and workshops, use technology and connect with others.

See below some National Library Week events at MDC. For a complete list, visit https://libraryguides.mdc.edu/NLW/2023.
