Miami, March 14, 2023 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) West Campus will host recording artist Emmanuel Briceño for a fireside chat with MDC professor Dr. Terri Mitchell at 11 a.m. on March 21. This event is free and open to the public with RSVP. Seating is limited.
Since 2002, Briceño has been the musical director and keyboardist for Colombian Grammy-winning musician Juanes. Briceño has been instrumental in world tours and is co-producer of Juanes’ upcoming 2023 album. He has also worked with Latin artist Cristian Castro. In 2017, he was nominated for a Latin Grammy for producing the album “Porrock” for Colombian singer Adriana Lucia.
Briceño is a musical producer, sound engineer, composer and songwriter. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and brings a deep knowledge of the music industry, as well as passion for music, to share with MDC students and the South Florida community at large.
