MDC’s North Campus to Host Black Male Initiative Leadership Success Summit

Miami, March 30, 2017- Miami Dade College’s (MDC) North Campus will host the second annual Black Male Initiative (Black MI) Leadership Success Summit with Florida federal judge Hon. Norman Hemming on Saturday, April 8, at 8 a.m.

The mission of Black MI is to foster academic achievement, personal and professional development, as well as provide holistic support for current and future Black male students who wish to obtain an education at MDC.

Black MI’s goals are to foster community, champion academic success, promote development through mentoring, and inspire and cultivate committed leadership.
