Miami, Jan. 26, 2022 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) will officially induct a new class of aspiring chefs, who will receive their chef’s coats at a special ceremony at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16, at MDC’s Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami.
MCI’s Chef’s Coat Ceremony marks the beginning of the students’ journey toward achieving an Associate in Science (A.S.) in culinary arts management and becoming a part of Miami’s dynamic gastronomic scene.
