Miami, FL, Sept. 24, 2021 – In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus presents a night of live music featuring singers from the College’s Vocal Fusion, Chamber Singers, and Vocal Jazz/Pop Ensemble performing music from Latin America and Spain on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 7 – 8 p.m. at the campus’ Fred Shaw Plaza. This event is free and open to the public.
Performances will be directed by MDC professors Linda Alvarado Stermer, who leads the Vocal Jazz/Pop and Vocal Fusion ensembles, and Misty Bermudez, who serves as the Classical Voice Area Coordinator and conducts the MDC Kendall Chamber Singers.
