Miami, Oct. 14, 2016 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) West Campus will host this year’s 13th Annual Collegewide Chess Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 22, starting at 9 a.m. All players must check in by 8:30 a.m. The tournament is free and open to all MDC students.
The Tournament will consist of four rounds. There will be no eliminations; all players will play all rounds. Participants may bring their own chess clocks. Prizes will include scholarships, t-shirts and more.
