Miami, Dec. 14, 2021 – Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has appointed Maria Bosque-Blanco to the Miami Dade College (MDC) District Board of Trustees. Trustee Bosque-Blanco, who was sworn in at today’s monthly board meeting, is a proud MDC alumna.
Trustee Bosque-Blanco is a guidance counselor at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in Miami. She is nationally certified in school psychology and was previously a school psychologist in Broward County Public Schools. Trustee Bosque-Blanco is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling. She attended Miami Dade College and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in school psychology from Barry University.
