CEO Leadership Forums to Launch at Miami Dade College on April 18

Miami, March 23, 2018 – Florida’s CEO Leadership Forums, in partnership with Miami Dade College (MDC), will launch the first Forum in South Florida on Wednesday, April 18, at 8 a.m. at MDC’s Idea Center.

CEO Leadership Forums (CEOLF) was started two years ago in Orlando to promote the growth of small and mid-sized companies by engaging CEOs with business advisors and experts.

This is the first of four workshops scheduled up to February 2019 comprising the Boost Your Business Bootcamp for CEOs. In an interactive setting, they will participate in presentations by Florida business experts on maximizing the value of their business; turning ideas into management actions; attracting and keeping talent in today’s market; and learning the “secret sauce” of engagement.

Founding sponsors of the first South Florida CEOLF include Action Coach, Apple One, Beacon Council, City National Bank and Nperspective CFO & Strategic Services. South Florida Business & Wealth magazine is the media sponsor. South Florida Executive Roundtable endorses CEOLF.

CEOLF aims to provide C-level executives with intensive educational experiences on college campuses, support business educational and part-time job opportunities and internships for college students with Florida’s small and mid-sized businesses, and provide scholarships to outstanding students.

In addition to hosting CEOLF, Miami Dade College will award five students MDC Leaders Fellowships, allowing them to participate alongside business leaders in the four workshops. At the end of the series, each student will earn a $2,000 scholarship for future business studies.
