Miami, Sept. 7, 2018 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed and award-winning rooftop restaurant, Tuyo, will once again offer a delicious culinary tour around the world with a new Miami Spice menu being unveiled every two weeks. In addition, the Bistro @ Tuyo will offer a special lunch menu during Miami Spice, which runs through Sept. 30.
Tuyo’s final Miami Spice menu is Summer in Southeast Asia, Sept. 18 – 29.
Created by Tuyo Executive Chef Victor Santos, the Southeast Asia menu features Tempeh Summer Rolls, Thai Shrimp Cakes, and Beef Satay for starters. Main dishes include Green Curry Tofu, Cambodian Pineapple Fried Rice, Malaysian Swordfish Steak, and Maine Lobster Pad Thai. Desserts include Philippine-Style Banana Fritters, Black Rice Pudding and Vietnamese Matcha Sponge Cake.
Tuyo offers one of South Florida’s most elegant dining experiences, first-class service and an unparalleled panoramic view of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay. Miami Spice dinner is $39 per person (not including beverage, tax or gratuity), and is available from 6-10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday through Sept. 30. Wine Flight is $19 for two glasses of wine. The signature Spice cocktail is $10 and Estrella Damm Beer is available for $5.
