Tuyo’s à la carte brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, May 14. All moms will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco.
Crafted by renowned Executive Chef Victor Santos, Tuyo’s Brunch will include Gulf Shrimp Croquettes, Grilled Spanish Octopus Salad and Bigeye Tuna Tiradito for Starters. Main dishes feature two versions of Eggs Benedict, plus other entrees such as Mojo Roasted Pork, Tuyo Burger, Roasted Organic Half Chicken, Pan-Roasted American Red Snapper on Coconut-Jasmine Rice, and more! For a sweet ending, choose from an assortment of desserts from our Pastry Chef Olisha Sealy.
