The Idea Center at Miami Dade College to Host Google Analytics Information Session

Miami, May 25, 2016 – The Idea Center at Miami Dade College (MDC) will host an information session Thursday, June 9, at 6 p.m., with Deepak Aujla, Analytics Program Manager at Google.  He will discuss how to use Google Analytics to get the best return for every dollar spent on digital marketing.

“We are really excited to launch this initiative,” said the Idea Center’s Executive Director Leandro Finol.  “It will allow MDC students and the community to get certified in Google Analytics and be part of the fast-growing digital marketing industry.”

Participants will also learn how they can use Google Analytics’ educational material to generate sustainable growth for a company and clients by enrolling in Google Analytics Academy, a new six-week course in digital analytics. It is a fast paced and intense experience where students learn analytics theory, but also go through an immersive hands-on experience with the Google Analytics demo account.

Deepak Aujla is an expert in helping businesses of all sizes collect and analyze quality analytics data to improve their online marketing and website performance.  He is currently an Analytics Program Manager at Google leading global education initiatives to help marketers utilize analytics.

Google Analytics Academy is free for students and $299 for community members.
