Miami, Jan. 7, 2019 – Robert Richter has been appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Board of Trustees.
Robert Richter is the Managing Partner and CEO of Ivy Capital and the Founder and CEO of Imminent Ventures Capital, Miami-based, multi-market real estate investment firms. He has more than 15-years of experience in U.S. and international real estate and previously served as a Vice President for Flagler, Florida’s largest commercial real estate developer and part of the Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG). He has extensive experience in marketing, real estate investment, management and development as well as property underwriting and lending. Richter received his bachelor’s from Wake Forest University with Honors and his master’s from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Filling a vacant seat on the MDC Board, he joins Chairman Bernie Navarro, Vice Chairman Jose K. Fuentes, and Trustees Dr. Susan Amat, Benjamin Leon III, Dr. Rolando Montoya, and Juan Carlos “JC” Zapata.
