Public Notice – Notice of Rulemaking and Regular Meeting – District Board of Trustees of Miami Dade College

 

The  District  Board of  Trustees of Miami  Dade College will hold  its  monthly  meeting on  Tuesday, October 15, 2019. The  meeting  will  begin  at 8:00 a.m.   It will be  held  at the Wolfson Campus located at 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida in the  James K. Batten Community Room (Room 2106).

During the meeting, a Public Hearing will be held pertaining to the adoption of the following Rule:

RULE NUMBER /TITLE:
MDC Policy I-3: District Board of Trustees: Self-Evaluation

RULE SUMMARY:
The Rule establishes the Board of Trustee policy recognizing the importance of regular self-evaluations ensuring priorities of the Board and the mission of the College remain aligned.

LAWS IMPLEMENTED:
Section 1001.64, Florida Statutes;

If requested within twenty-one (21) days of this Notice, a hearing will be held at the time, date and place listed below:
