The District Board of Trustees of Miami Dade College will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Wolfson Campus located at 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida in the James K. Batten Community Room (Room 2106) and via livestream at https://www.mdc.edu/livestream.
During the meeting, The District Board of Trustees will consider the amendment of the below Rule:

I-4B – Signature Authority
RULE SUMMARY:
The modifications standardize language and references to mirror that of other Policies. In addition, language referencing the ERP system (i.e. Odyssey) and Business Affairs was removed. The intent of the policy is clarified to address signature authority overall for the College, rather that purchasing authority.
