Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus the Site of Important Forum on the Evolving Vision of Democracy in Latin America March 22

Miami, March 15, 2018 – Miami Dade College (MDC) will join partners, the InterAmerican Institute of Democracy and DEMOS of the Americas, to host an important forum on Thursday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Wolfson Campus Auditorium titled “Evolving Vision of Democracy.” The event will be entirely in Spanish.

The forum will convene academic, government, religious, business and cultural leaders. Speakers and presenters include MDC’s President Dr. Eduardo J. Padrón; Dr. José Gregorio Tovar, Attorney and Executive Director of DEMOS; Dr. Vladimiro Mujica, Professor, Arizona State University; Mr. Nicolas Pauccar Calcina, Andean Priest; Dr. Asdrubal Aguiar, Executive Director of IDEA; Dr. Luis Fleischman, Director of IID; Monsignor Fr. Pedro Freitez Romero, and Dr. Beatrice Rangel, international business leader and strategist.
