Miami, April 17, 2020 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) National Historic Landmark Freedom Tower will be illuminated red, white, and blue at sunset daily, beginning Saturday, April 18, until further notice, to honor the region’s first responders on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, many whom are MDC alumni.
