Miami, Sept. 9, 2019 – Miami Dade College (MDC) will host a new edition of the popular Mike Fernandez Global Business Leadership Series with Mastercard President, Latin American and Caribbean, Carlo Enrico, Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 9:45 a.m., at MDC’s Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami.
As president of Mastercard’s Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and a member of the company’s management committee, Carlo Enrico is responsible for leading Mastercard’s strategy and operations across 45 countries and territories, and driving transformational efforts across digital payments, financial and social inclusion, products and services. Since joining Mastercard in 2012, Enrico has served in several senior roles, including division president for Western Europe and division president for Central Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Mastercard, he was CEO of BancoPosta, the financial services division of Italian postal services provider, Poste Italiane. Enrico has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, holding senior roles at Banco di Sicilia, Capitalia Group and Goldman Sachs.
