Miami, June 7, 2018 – Wind down your workday with specialty cocktails, craft beers and wines by the glass, along with a menu of delicious light bites by Chef Victor Santos, during the new Tuyo Networking Hour, which is offered Tuesday through Friday, 4:30- 7:30 p.m. Located atop Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed Miami Culinary Institute (MCI), Tuyo’s brand new bar offers breathtaking views of the city and Biscayne Bay, making it the best restaurant to eat in downtown Miami.
The light bites menu will include Carnitas Tacos, Short Rib Tostones with Sour Orange Mojo, Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, Ceviche, Oysters Casino with Andouille Sausage, Bell Peppers and Lemon, and a variety of domestic and imported cheeses, among other dishes. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a Key Lime Bar or Biscuit Fritter with Maple Siracha for dessert.
Enjoy cocktails such as a Coconut Mojito, Flagler Citrus Collins, Biscayne Margarita, Downtown Miami Mule, Culinary Cosmopolitan and the Classic Dirty Martini. Biscayne Bay Brewing Company will offer its signature beers Miami Pale Ale and Kapitan’s Kolsch. Wine lovers can sip Prosecco, Verdejo and Tempranillo.
Tuyo is conveniently located and accessible via Metromover at the College Station exit. Parking is also available during lunch hours only at the MDC garage located on Fifth St N.E. between First and Second Avenues.
