Miami, Oct. 10, 2017- Miami Dade College (MDC) will present the next installment of the popular Mike Fernandez Global Business Leadership Series with Donna Hrinak, Vice President of Boeing International and President of Boeing Latin America, at 9:45 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Idea Center.
The Mike Fernandez Global Business Leadership Series aims to provide students with first-hand knowledge of best business practices and leadership by inviting top, renowned executives to share their experiences and discuss new trends in their respective industries.
Donna Hrinak is responsible for the development and implementation of the Boeing strategy in Latin America. Prior to this, she was Vice President of Global Public Policy and Government Affairs at PepsiCo, Inc., and Corporate Affairs Director for Latin America and the European Union at Kraft Foods. Before entering the private sector, Hrinak was a career officer in the U.S. Foreign Service, having served as U.S. Ambassador to Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic, and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Mexico and the Caribbean.
