Miami, May, 18, 2017- In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Miami Dade College (MDC) will host a panel discussion with Born This Way Foundation (BTWF), which was founded by Lady Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, on Thursday, May 25, at 6 p.m., at the Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami.
Cynthia Germanotta, president and co-founder of BTWF, will join young adults from the Miami area to discuss how to address mental health within families and across communities. MDC graduate and former student government leader, Shadille Estepan, will moderate the conversation.
The event will be live streamed on Born This Way Foundation’s Facebook page.
