Miami, July 27, 2017 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) North and InterAmerican Campuses will host Enroll Now College Fests, Thursday, Aug. 3 and Friday, Aug. 4, for members of the community to explore the wide range of in demand educational and career training programs offered at both campuses’ state-of-the art facilities. The events are free and open to the public.
MDC’s Enroll Now College Fest is designed to offer everyone in the community a “one-stop” opportunity to instantly enroll in one of 300 academic pathways leading to career certificates, associate degrees, and bachelor’s degrees at MDC’s centrally located InterAmerican and North Campuses. Some of MDC’s program options include short-term training programs, weekend courses, and online classes. The goal is to empower individuals to take an important step toward improving their lives by enrolling in one of many viable training and educational programs. College credentials are a must for career success in today’s global knowledge economy.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a campus tour, meet with faculty and staff, and interact with current students. Participants will obtain customized information on financial aid and scholarships. Individuals can learn more about the bachelor’s degree programs, which include biological sciences; film, television, and digital production; public safety management; education; electronics engineering technology; supervision and management; information systems technology; supply-chain management, and data analytics.
