Miami, May 1, 2019 – Show mom how special she is by treating her to an amazing Mother’s Day brunch at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed Tuyo restaurant, rated by OpenTable diners as one of the top restaurants for ambiance, scenic views and for celebrating special occasions. Tuyo’s à la carte brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, May 12. All moms will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco or a Mimosa.
Tuyo’s brunch will include Burrata and Peach Caprese, Overnight Oats, Spring Pea Toast, and Octopus Carpaccio for appetizers. Entrees feature Duck Confit Hash, Alaskan King Crab Benedict, Eggs Benedict Florentine, the Tuyo Burger, Short Rib Melt, Bell & Evans Chicken Breast, 12 oz. Niman Ranch Pork Chop, Florida Snapper, and Cauliflower Fried Rice. Choose from an assortment of desserts, including Beignets, Toffee No Bake “Cheesecake,” Manjari Chocolate Mousse Cake and Sorbet Trio. A children’s menu is also available.
Can’t make it on Mother’s Day? Celebrate a day or two early. Tuyo is open Friday and Saturday from 6 –10:30 p.m.
