The selections prepared by Executive Chef Victor Santos will include appetizers such as Gulf Shrimp Croquettes; Grilled Spanish Octopus Salad; Bigeye Tuna Tiradito; and local Burrata and Heirloom Tomato Salad.
Diners can enjoy delicious dishes including Arepa Cakes topped with Mojo-Roasted Pork, Two Poached Eggs and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa; the amazing Tuyo Burger served on a Brioche Bun with Aged White Cheddar and Shallot Marmalade; Pan-Roasted American Red Snapper on Coconut-Jasmine Rice; Roasted Organic Half-Chicken with Smoked Crème Fraiche Potato Puree, Crispy Kale and Caramelized Cipollini Onions; Wagyu Skirt Steak with Herbed Fingerling Potatoes, Yellow Tomato Chimichurri; and Organic Quinoa Pad Thai with Crispy Tofu, Shiitake Mushrooms, Marinated Asian Eggplant, and Spiced Sprout Salad.
