Miami, Aug. 30, 2016 – Registration is open for Miami Dade College’s (MDC) 8- and 12-week Fall Mini-Terms, ideal for students with busy schedules, those who want to complete their degrees in less time or were otherwise not able to register for the regular fall semester. The next Fall Mini-Term begins Monday, Sept. 26. Registration is now open. Instructor/department approval required.
The mini-terms provide an additional opportunity for students to get the classes they need to stay on track and graduate on time. They can choose from a variety of options, including weekend classes and virtual classes to fit a busy schedule.
With more than 300 major pathways of study, including bachelor, associate and certificate programs available at eight campuses and a growing Virtual College, MDC is the first step toward a prosperous future.
MDC’s bachelor’s degree options include biological sciences; electronics engineering; film, television & digital production; nursing; several education tracks; physician assistant studies; public safety; and supervision and management, supply chain management, and information technology systems.
The next two mini-terms will begin:
Monday, Sept. 26 (12 weeks)
Tuesday, Oct. 19 (8 weeks)
