Miami, July 19, 2016 – U.S. Congressman Carlos Curbelo will deliver the keynote speech at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus Student Government Association’s (SGA) induction ceremony on Thursday, July 21, at 2 p.m.
Rep. Curbelo will speak to the incoming student body representatives about leadership and ethics. He will also administer the charge and oath of office to the student leaders. The ceremony will be the official induction of the 2016- 2017 student body president, vice president and four additional senators.
Kendall Campus’ President Dr. Beverly Moore-Garcia and Dean of Students Dr. Stephen Joyner will also deliver remarks along with an inaugural address from the incoming SGA president.
