Located on the top floor of Miami Dade College’s (MDC) acclaimed Miami Culinary Institute (MCI), Tuyo offers one of South Florida’s most elegant and romantic dining experiences with unparalleled panoramic views of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Executive Chef Victor Santos’ contemporary American cuisine features classic flavor combinations highlighted by an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients. The tantalizing three-course Valentine’s Day menu will feature Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster, Pan Roasted Ribeye, and Housemade Pumpkin Ravioli. Desserts include Strawberry Velvet Cake and Passion Fruit Pannacotta.
The fine dining experience is $85 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Wine pairings are available for an additional $45 per person.
