Miami, Oct. 23, 2018 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus will host its annual Art of Dance Concert, a moving exploration of images and narratives that reflect environmental concerns, on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 2 – 3, at the Martin & Pat Fine Theatre.
The Arts of Dance will feature faculty and student choreography along with a newly commissioned hip-hop work by the 2018-19 Leaps and Bounds Artist in Resident, Zedric Bembry. Artistic, rich in diversity and history, the Art of Dance celebrates a range of ages, ethnicities, genders, and genres of dance. This event is organized by the Music, Theater and Dance department and the Jubilation Dance Ensemble.
