The brunch selections prepared by Executive Chef Victor Santos include Local Snapper Ceviche, Creamed Mushroom Tartine and Beef Croquettes for starters. Egg dishes include two types of eggs benedict served with fries and Mesclun Salad. Entrees feature the famous Tuyo Burger, Grilled Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak, Filet of Halibut, and Organic Quinoa “Pad Thai.”
