Tuyo’s à la carte brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, May 13. Moms will receive a complimentary Glass of Sparking Wine.
Crafted by renowned Executive Chef Victor Santos, Tuyo’s brunch will include Local Snapper Ceviche, Green Goddess Dressed Salad, Creamed Mushroom Tartine, and Beef Croquettes for starters. Main dishes feature two versions of Eggs Benedict, as well as Grilled Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak, the Tuyo Burger, Organic Quinoa “Pad-Thai,” Filet of Halibut and Spring Vegetable Ragout with Yuzu-Soy Vinaigrette and more! Choose from an assortment of desserts, including Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake and Doughnuts with Toasted Pistachio Ice Cream.
