Miami, April 28, 2021 – Miami Dade College’s (MDC) School of Continuing Education and Professional Development will now offer a Florida 911 Public Safety Telecommunications (PST) training and certification program starting May 25. Graduates of the 232-hour program are eligible to take the Florida PST certification exam for licensure as a state-certified public safety telecommunicator.
