Miami, June 4, 2015The renowned School of Continuing Education and Professional Development at Miami Dade College (MDC) West is partnering with the MDC’s Confucius Institute to offer a one-a-kind summer camp experience.

Beginning June 8, the Chinese Language and Culture Camp will offer children an early opportunity to build bridges of understanding through authentic cultural exposure to Chinese customs and language. Students will enjoy activities such as a daily Mandarin Chinese language class, Chinese calligraphy, arts and crafts, folk dance and Tai Chi. Each day will end with a traditional Tea Ceremony or interactive games.

The camp is offered in the City of Doral at Miami Dade College’s West Campus.
